Join us for an evening of worship led by Sara Groves with speaker Gary Haugen, founder of the International Justice Mission (IJM), on Friday, May 6 at 7:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Pasadena. This event is part of the Mighty Waters Preaching Conference at Fuller Seminary from May 5-7.

Concert tickets are $25 ($12 for students) and can be purchased at this website. It is not necessary to be a preaching conference participant to attend the concert.

Sara Groves is a contemporary Christian recording artist and author. She recorded her first album, Past the Wishing, in 1998, and has since released eight more albums and appeared on several others. Nominated for three Dove Awards, Groves was named one of the best Christian music artists--and her album Add to the Beauty named "Album of the Year"--by CCM Magazine in 2005.

Gary Haugen, a lead speaker for the Mighty Waters Preaching Conference, is founder, president, and CEO of IJM, a human rights agency that secures justice for victims of slavery, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression.
