HOW MANY UNITS ARE IN EACH PROGRAM?
- PhD = 300 units
- PsyD = 258 units
HOW MANY UNITS DO I TAKE EACH QUARTER?
Students are required to enroll full time for the first three years of the program. Full-time enrollment is a minimum of 12 units per quarter. Typically, however, students take 14-16 units per quarter.
HOW LONG IS A QUARTER?
Students attend classes 4 quarters per year. Each quarter runs 10 weeks.
HOW MANY HOURS DOES EACH CLASS SESSION REQUIRE?
Students enrolled in 10-12 units of courses and 10-12 hours of clinical training per quarter.
ARE SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE?
Several types of financial aid are available to graduates. The resources range from federal loans and state grants, to fellowships and merit scholarships.
HOW SOON CAN I FINISH THIS PROGRAM?
The PhD program can be completed in 6 years.
The PsyD program can be completed in 5 years.
