Dear Friends,
The scholarship I received
affirmed my call to be a pastor. I praise God for the faithfulness and
generosity of Fuller’s donors!
I am in my third year of the
MDiv program at Fuller Northwest. My husband is a pastor and after serving in
ministry through InterVarsity and my church, I felt called by God to go to
seminary. However, I did not know how we were going to pay for it because my
two daughters were starting college. Because of the scholarship I received, I
am able to afford to attend classes full-time.
Fuller Northwest is a
wonderful campus and I feel like this school is my second family. Faculty
members genuinely care and take time to speak into the lives of students. I am
reminded not to lose sight of why I am in school: to better encourage others in
their faith journeys.
I look forward to the day
that I graduate so that I can put all of my Fuller education to use. Thank you
so much for giving me this opportunity to grow and pursue the call that God has
given me! May you receive one hundred fold the blessings that you have given to
me.
