Thanks to God’s leading, I am blessed to be a Fuller Alumna.

In July this year I was ordained. I am happy to have been invited by many ministries to speak, and by various pastors to deliver sermons and Holy Communion. In addition I’ve performed baptisms for the mission ministry, women’s ministry, and youth ministry at my church. I have also been invited by the two Korean Seminaries in New York to teach.

At present, I am enjoying every minute of my sabbatical year. I have hardly any time to spare. Currently I am working on picture Bible books that will involve both the Old and New Testaments. Even though they are children’s books, I am inserting Greek and Hebrew. Since I can audit two classes a year for free as a Fuller alumna, I am planning to take the Greek and Hebrew classes once more to get a deeper knowledge of these languages. I am inspired by my Fuller classes to continue along my path of lifelong learning.

My calling for the next 10-15 years is to serve the “Golden English Ministry” at the Community Church of Seattle. I will serve middle-aged Christians, in their forties and fifties, who may have retired from their jobs but have not retired from our God’s ministry. My long-term goal is to participate actively in expanding God’s Kingdom until I see Jesus face to face. I will continue serving the women’s ministry and youth ministry during my sabbatical because this is my calling and my heart’s pleasure.

I am grateful to God for His hearing my determined decision to serve Him. Before I entered Fuller Seminary, I did not know that pastors had to study this much.  However, it was worth it. I want to thank all the professors and staff members from the bottom of my heart for your excellent work, strong commitment, and spiritual depth. I miss you all!
