Supervising an Intern

A key component of an internship is the relationship between the supervisor and the intern. The supervisor provides mentoring, modeling, and coaching for the intern in practical ministry, and spiritual and theological reflection. We invite you to partner with us in preparing future leaders for ministry and helping to discern their gifts and call.

All Field Education supervisors at Fuller must be approved by completing a Supervisor Application and reading the Supervisor Orientation Guidelines and the Supervisor Handbook.
