The Administrative Assistant to the Director provides primary administrative support to the Director of the Doctor of Ministry Program (DMin). The incumbent will assists the Program Manager in the planning and coordination of DMin seminars and acts as a liaison with instructors and faculty on behalf of the Director.
The Scholarship and Prospect Research Coordinator manages and oversees all aspects of the scholarship system and donor research process. The Coordinator will assist the Office of Development through the cultivation of scholarship donors and the implementation of research and reporting of major donor prospects as outlined below.
Responsible for providing the "safety in numbers" principle for those individuals walking on campus in the evening.
To work one-on-one in reading with first and second grade students in an elementary classroom between 10-12 hours per week.
Building Specialists performs routine maintenance/repairs and installations involving all trades on campus buildings. E.g. light carpentry, basic repair plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance. Must be able to demonstrate strength in facilities maintenance or building trade.
The Writing Center helps seminary students improve their writing skills so that their papers meet faculty expectations in content, form, and expression for their respective school and degree program at Fuller. The Editor of the Writing Center meets with students in group writing labs and/or one-on-one to tutor students in writing skills.
The assistant exercises good customer relations while overseeing the master calendar and related scheduling, coordination, and support; balancing office accounts on a monthly basis (basic accounting); and arranging travel for the VP.
