The Recorder is responsible for collecting, receiving, and recording all grades, grade changes, transfer credit, and advanced standing, as well as sharing the responsibility for recording academic petitions, issuing transcripts, and setting up new student files. In conjunction with the Fuller Northwest Regional Director, and the offices of Enrollment Management and Integrated Marketing & Communications, the Admissions Counselor develops and implements marketing plans to identify and recruit prospective graduate students in support of the Seminary’s quarterly recruiting goals and outcomes for the year. The AC must be able to communicate Fuller’s mission and local strategy to a variety of audiences, as well as build a strong network of relationships to increase the visibility of the Northwest Regional Campus (FNW). In addition, he/she will counsel applicants to the regional campus through the admissions process, and follow-up with accepted applicants until the point of registration. The AC also has administrative duties that help the campus run smoothly.

Program Assistant

The Program Assistant provides administrative support to the Doctor of Ministry (DMIN) Program. The Program Assistant will be an initial contact for students and prospectives who visit or call the Doctor of Ministry Program. The person filling this position will provide excellent customer service by learning about Doctor of Ministry programs and being able to answer questions about these programs as well as Fuller Seminary. The Program Assistant is also an initial contact for prospective DMIN students, and will serve as their liaison from the initial contact phase to the time of matriculation. The Program Assistant is responsible for working alongside the Program Manager in the coordination of DMIN and Center for Lifelong Learning seminars, events and course-related information prior to and during seminars. They are responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all student coursework.
