Dr. Kelly O’Donnell is a consulting psychologist working with Member Care Associates, based in Europe. Kelly studied clinical psychology and theology at Rosemead School of Psychology, Biola University. Special areas of focus in the member care field include: expatriate health and adjustment, team building, crisis care, and setting up member care affiliations.  Together with his wife, Michèle, who is also a psychologist, and their two daughters they have lived in five countries, and enjoy traveling internationally to consult and teach. Kelly has published about 50 articles in the member care field, as well as editing: Helping Missionaries Grow (1988), Missionary Care (1992), and Doing Member Care well: Perspectives and Practices from Around the World (2002). Kelly and Michèle’s international weblog focuses on “Reflections and Resources for Good Practice.”
