Master of Arts in Global Leadership
72 units
The Master of Arts in Global Leadership (MAGL) degree seeks to enhance the development of leaders who are ministering in diverse situations in an increasingly globalized world. Towards this end, the MAGL is designed so that the student remains in their ministry context for the duration of the program. The MAGL also utilizes a cohort model, creating a learning community in which to wrestle with the issues of mission, spiritual leadership, and the ministry of making disciples.
The MAGL requires the successful completion of 72 quarter units, and a typical class constitutes 4 units. 36 of these units are taken with a cohort group through online classes and two intensives on the Pasadena campus. The remaining 36 units may be taken in any combination of online, individualized distance learning, Pasadena, and extension campus courses.
