Student Loan Counseling
Students borrowing under the Federal Family Education Loan Program are required to complete an "Entrance Counseling" session prior to borrowing for the first time at Fuller or an "Exit Counseling" session if graduating or dropping below half-time enrollment. First time borrowers must complete "Entrance Counseling" before their loan will be processed. Allow 20-25 minutes to complete a counseling session.
Entrance Counseling
The Entrance Counseling session will begin with basic financial aid information and will end with a quiz. Don't worry, if you miss a question you will have the opportunity to answer it again. After all of the questions have been answered correctly, your results will be sent directly to the Office of Financial Aid. You may complete your counseling requirement by clicking on the link below. If you have any questions as you complete the counseling requirements, you may contact the Financial Aid office at (626) 584-5421 or by emailing sfs-info@dept.fuller.edu.

Exit Counseling
The Exit Counseling session will provide you with valuable information regarding your repayment options, deferments, forbearance and how to avoid default. To benefit the most from this session, make a list of all of your outstanding student loans and the amount due for each one before you begin the counseling session.
To get started, you will have to create a new account in the system. Once you have created a new account and are logged in to the system you will be asked to answer several questions. This process will take approximately 35 minutes. Click on the link below to go to the login screen.
