SEEKING A PASTOR: Tribe of Los Angeles is looking for a head pastor to lead our community. Tribe of Los Angeles emphasizes the following aspects of worship: Strong theological foundation, liturgy, music, meditation, and the creative arts. Worship starts with a communal dinner followed by drumming circle for music worship and ending with interactive sermon discussion. We are seeking a pastor who is gifted in preaching/teaching, and can facilitate in leadership oversight and service planning. Experience in pastoral care and discipleship/mentoring is desired, with a willingness to fully commit to our community, even with part-time status. The desired candidate must be able and willing to facilitate the development of greater vision for Tribe, including in areas of outreach/networking/ministry development and general inspiration of the flock. We are looking for a female or male pastor who has complementary theology to Tribe, has strong character along biblical lines, and is willing to pastor for minimal financial remuneration.
