The MA in Theology prepares students for leadership in a wide range of vocations by cultivating skills in the study and interpretation of Scripture. It enable students to fashion a systematic theological framework, and develop an understanding of the origin and growth of the Christian tradition in all its richness and diversity.
The MAT can serve as an academic prerequisite for doctoral studies.

The MA in Christian Leadership degree is a program designed to provide graduate theological education for women and men called to non-ordained leadership roles. It seeks to develop lay leadership informed both theologically and practically and provides an opportunity for those who are currently in service to enhance their ministry and leadership skills. The MACL is designed to give lay leaders a strong biblical, theological and ministry foundation while providing areas of specialized study for particular areas of ministry.
The MACL does not solely prepare students for doctoral studies.

The Certificate of Christian Studies offers students an opportunity to complete a personalized, short-term nondegree program to meet a wide range of goals, from training for a specific church or parachurch ministry to personal and spiritual enrichment.
The curriculum is comprised of any four courses offered through the School of Theology, and two elective courses offered from any of Fuller's schools (School of Theology, School of Intercultural Studies, School of Phychology).

The Certificate in Youth Ministry is designed for people who wish to develop their understanding and skills in adolescent evangelism.

Audit students take courses for personal enrichment and learning without receiving academic credit for courses taken. The extent of class participation required of audit students is determined per course by the professor.
Those wishing to audit courses who are not current Fuller students must apply to Fuller through a non-degree application and be admitted to Fuller as an auditor. The audit fee for non-students is $250 per course.
Active Fuller students and their spouses may audit for a fee of $50 per course. Graduates of Fuller are invited to audit two courses per year free of charge.
While official transcripts are not required for admission as an audit student, applicants must hold a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution. Only spouses of current Fuller students may be considered for admission as auditors without holding an accredited bachelor's or master's degree.
