- Take 50th Street (exit #169). Turn right on 50th.
- Proceed west to Fremont Avenue North. Turn left.
- Stay on Fremont Avenue North, crossing the blue and orange Fremont drawbridge.
- Turn right on Florentia immediately after crossing the bridge. The Bleitz Funeral Home will be on your right.
- Go straight at the next intersection staying on Florentia for one more long block.
- At Warren Street turn right and come down one block to Etruria.
- Turn left on Etruria. Park in the lot of 101 Nickerson Business Park, with the green hedge on your right. We're in the adjoining brick and glass building.

- Take the Mercer Street exit to the left (#167).
- Coming off the exit ramp, get into the right hand lane.
- Turn right on Fairview Avenue.
- Turn left at the next intersection Valley Street.
- Get in the right hand lane. Turn right at the next intersection on Westlake Avenue.
- Follow Westlake along the west side of Lake Union passing under the Aurora Bridge.
- At the next intersection after the bridge proceed straight. Westlake will become Nickerson Street.
- Go through one intersection on Nickerson Street. Get in the left hand lane.
- Look for a gray building with blue trim on your left (Cascade Glass Company). Prepare to turn left on Warren Street located immediately after Cascade Glass. If you pass Inflatable Boat Works, you have gone too far.
- Park in the lot of 101 Nickerson Business Park, with the green hedge on your right. We're in the adjoining brick and glass building.
