Our vision is for students to become Christian leaders who are culturally aware, spiritually mature, and missionally engaged reflective practitioners.
 
Therefore, the mission of the Field Education and Ministry Formation Office is to partner with students as they seek to grow as faithful, effective and reflective Christian leaders through immersion in practical ministry contexts.
 
The Field Education and Ministry Formation (FEMF) Office recommends that students contact FEMF two (2) quarters prior to beginning their internship or practicum to plan properly for their coursework.
