Internship and practicum applications for each quarter are due in the Field Education and Ministry Formation Office by Friday of the 8th week of the previous quarter.

You must email the completed student application to the Field Education office and your supervisor must complete the supervisor application by the following deadlines: (Your application process will be incomplete and will not be considered until BOTH completed applications are received by the Field Education and Ministry Formation Office).  

• For Spring 2012 by Friday, February 24, 2012  

• For Summer 2012 by Friday, May 18, 2012 
   
• For Fall 2012 by Friday, August 10, 2012
   
• For Winter 2012 by Friday, November 16, 2012
