The Internship Coordinator for the Office of Field Education and Denominational Relations (FE/ODR) is the initial coordinating contact for all who are participating in the Field Education internship program, including over 300 interns annually. The position is responsible in coordinating all appointments and the document flow for the entire office, and articulates the internship requirements, policies and procedures.

This position may, on occasion, supply coverage to classroom services if needed and so desired by the employee. Special projects may be assigned as needed and so desired.

Customer Service Representative

Primary contact for guests, students, staff, visitors, and faculty, who call, stay or visit the Guest Center office.  Handle Front Desk counter operations to include answer of incoming telephone calls, and directing communications to/from guests, vendors, and staff to the appropriate person.  Check in and check out of guests, taking and confirmation of guest reservations, cashiering point of sale merchandise, and performing other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.
