• Students and staff of Fuller Theological Seminary

• Cohousing community of attached bungalows and traditional apartments

• 19 units, comprised of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, each with its own kitchen and bathroom; plus a shared "common house" (centrally located for meals and meetings), courtyard, playground, and small garden

• Located at the corner of Los Robles Ave. and Washington Blvd. in an urban neighborhood, 1.2 miles from campus
