Intentional Communities
Cooperative Living in Shared Homes and Cohousing Apartments
Residents in Intentional Communities seek to share their life in Christ more fully as
an integral component of the education and formation at Fuller Theological
Seminary. Fuller offers three Intentional Communities. Two
offer both a shared home and adjacent apartment homes (Urban Theme &
Westminster) and one is a cohousing community of self-contained apartment
units with a central common house (Allelous). All of the communities are open to
students, faculty and staff from all three schools of the seminary. Singles &
couples are welcome to consider any of our Intentional Communities, however, at
this time only Allelous has the facilities to accommodate the needs of families.

Although each community has a distinctive
ethos and covenant, all offer a lifestyle of education through
intentional community living. The corporate core values of Fuller’s Intentional
Communities include:
An Intentional Community Coordinator (ICC) is the Residential
Community staff serving his or her respective Intentional Community. ICCs seek to serve as a
communications link to Fuller Housing while encouraging the shared leadership
model of the Intentional Communities.
