Traditional Communities

Traditional communities make up by far the largest number of our Fuller Housing apartments. These are the mainstay of our Housing program, comprised of primarily traditional apartment buildings, with some historic buildings, and converted houses all fully owned or managed by Fuller Housing.

Eighty percent of these units are within 2 blocks of Fuller’s campus, and in most cases all your neighbors will be Fuller students and their families, from a variety of backgrounds and with a variety of expectations of community life.

A Community Coordinator (CC) is the Residential Community staff serving our Traditional Communities. CCs seek to facilitate community events, welcoming new residents, and serve as a communications link to Fuller Housing.
