In an article published in the Pasadena Star News on July 20, 2008, Timothy Kelly, director of the De Pree Leadership Center Public Policy Institute at Fuller, discusses his recent trip to the areas of China devastated by the May 12 earthquake. Kelly, a clinical psychologist, was part of a team that offered training for doctors and nurses on disaster recovery counseling, including treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
