Event to Celebrate Trio of Books by Fuller Faculty

Fuller professors Warren S. Brown, Nancey Murphy, and Joel B. Green will be discussing each of their recent book releases at a special event to be held Wednesday, February 18, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in Payton 101. The book event will take place just prior to the School of Psychology's 2009 Integration Symposium.

Each professor will offer comments about his or her book, followed by a time for questions and discussion. The evening will also feature book signings and refreshments.

Books to be featured are as follows:

  • Nancey Murphy and Warren S. Brown, Did My Neurons Make Me Do It? Philosophical and Neurobiological Perspectives on Moral Responsibility and Free Will" (Oxford University Press, 2007)
  • Joel B. Green, Body, Soul, and Human Life: The Nature of Humanity in the Bible (Baker Academic, 2008)
  • Malcolm A. Jeeves and Warren S. Brown, Neuroscience, Psychology and Religion: Illusions, Delusions, and Realities about Human Nature (Templeton Press, 2009)
