The Women's Concerns Committee of Fuller's All Seminary Council will host a series of dialogues taking a look at various women's theologies on March 5, 7, 12, and 14, at 6:00 p.m. each evening. Speakers will include Fuller professors Carolyn Gordon, Desiree Segura-April, and Mignon Jacobs.
The first session, on Thursday, March 5, will feature Associate Professor of Communication Carolyn L. Gordon speaking on communication: how we communicate and relate to one another as women regardless of our race or ethnicity, followed by a discussion on white feminism. The second session, facilitated by Assistant Professor of Children at Risk Desiree Segura-April on Saturday, March 7, will center on the Latina mujerista theology. Associate Professor of Old Testament Mignon R. Jacobs will lead the third session on womanist theology on Thursday, March 12. The final session on Saturday, March 14, with Jeney Park-Hearn, pastoral counselor at Community Church in Holliston, will look at Asian female theology.
