Fuller Seminary's Pasadena campus is located just two blocks east of City Hall in Pasadena's Playhouse District.  The neighborhood includes a broad variety of museums, churches, bookstores, restaurants, and other businesses, and residences - as well as the historic Pasadena Playhouse.

Actively involved in the life of the community, Fuller participates in a group called "Pasadena: City of Learning," which promotes partnerships among Pasadena's highly respected institutions of higher learning.  The group's goal is to encourage and enhance lifelong educational opportunities in the city.  In addition to research and mentoring collaborations with the Pasadena Unified School District, Fuller has worked closely with dozens of local youth organizations to help young people thrive and pursue healthy opportunities as adults.  To encourage accessible mental health services in Pasadena, Fuller provides an outpatient clinic called Fuller Psychological and Family Services that provides affordable assistance for individuals, couples and families.  Contributing to the diversity of arts and music in the city, Fuller frequently invites the larger community to attend concerts, films, and various performances held on campus.

These efforts and many more help the Fuller campus - including students, faculty, and staff - to integrate into the challenges and opportunities of the larger community.
