Dear Alumni,

During the opening celebration for the new school year--what we call the Festival of Beginnings--Dr. Colin Brown was presented with the Honorary Alumni Award. This is a relatively new recognition initiated by your Alumni Council (for a listing of Council members, click here). Through this award, we recognize individuals who--though not "official" alumni who have taken a Fuller class--we want to nevertheless bring into the alumni family because of the service they have given or the impact they have had on the lives of Fuller students. In our “Honorary Alumni in Action” story below you will learn a bit about Dr. Brown, and in the Council Corner you will read of just one example showing how he has touched a life in a significant way.

As we move into this new academic year, may God gift each of us with the grace to be faithful to the call placed on our lives.
