- All grants are based upon full-time enrollment. The Office of Financial Aid determines if you are enrolled full-time on a quarterly basis. If you do not enroll as a full-time student in a quarter your grant for that quarter will be prorated according to the schedules below.
- Grant money will not be paid during a quarter in which the number of units taken is less than the number of units required to maintain half-time enrollment for your program (see schedule below).
- If your grant is not paid in a quarter because you are not enrolled at a half-time level (see previous rule), you may petition to move that unpaid grant amount to a subsequent quarter in the same financial aid year (summer - spring) as long as no other grant or scholarship money has already been awarded for that subsequent quarter.
