Fuller Evening Visit

JANUARY 30th, 2012  |  4:30pm-9:00pm 

Fuller Evening Visit is yet another way to find out if Fuller Seminary is the right place for you.  During this time, you will hear from the Provost, attend a sample lecture of the school of your interest, interact with staff from admissions, academic advising, housing, financial aid, and more, as well as connect with current students and other prospective students. 

 
Whether you are confident that God is leading you toward a seminary education, or still discerning that call, you will find Fuller Evening Visit to be very helpful.
 

The evening visit is free, but we do ask you to RSVP.  Registration is now closed.   

SCHEDULE 

4:30 p.m.  Registration check-in begins  
5:00 p.m. Dinner   
6:00 p.m. Greetings from Admissions, Worship, Address from Provost C. Douglas McConnell, and Alumni Video Presentation 
7:00 p.m. Special Guest Lecture by Fuller Faculty members 
8:00 p.m. Dessert and Information Fair – information from Fuller Seminary departments 
9:00 p.m.  Event Ends  


DESCRIPTION OF EVENTS 

  • Dinner will be served from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.  
  • Corporate worship will celebrate and discover God’s direction in our lives.  
  • The Provost of Fuller Theological Seminary will speak words of welcome.  
  • Fuller Faculty members from the schools of Theology and Psychology will give special lectures for Evening Visit guests interested in their fields.   
  • Visit information tables of the following: Admissions, Financial Aid, Theology Academic Advising, Intercultural Studies Academic Advising, Psychology (Clinical & Marriage and Family Therapy) Academic Advising, Housing, Brehm Center for Worship, Theology, & the Arts, Fuller Chapel, and more.   

**If you are a student that has applied for the PhD or PsyD in Psychology for the Fall 2012 school year, you may be contacted soon regarding the scheduling of an interview time here in Pasadena as part of your application.  If you are hoping for such an interview, you may want to wait to hear when you are required to be in Pasadena for your interview before you decide to come to this Evening visit.  

PARKING 

When you register, we will send you directions and parking information.  The primary parking lot for Fuller Evening Visit is in our School of Psychology parking lot located at 179 N. Madison Ave. The entrance to this parking lot is on Madison Ave., just south of Walnut St. 

    Street parking in Pasadena has an enforced 2-hour maximum time limit after 6pm, and officers patrol and cite regularly.  In addition, there is no overnight street parking in Pasadena without a permit from the city.  Guests who rent cars can usually park in parking structures provided by hotels, etc. 

    LODGING
