Faculty Positions:
Assistant/Associate/Full Professor (Clinical Department)
The
Graduate School of Psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary seeks a
full time, tenure track faculty member to serve as Director of Clinical Training.
Duties include teaching at the graduate level, conducting an active program of
research, mentoring doctoral students and managing the practicum training
sequence through internship for doctoral psychology students. Minimum qualifications include a
doctorate in clinical psychology, proven record in teaching and research and
eligibility for licensure in California. Minimum of 4 years in rank of assistant
professor is desirable.
Expertise or interest in psychotherapy
outcome or process research across therapeutic modalities is desirable but not
necessary. The successful applicant will have strong interest in the
relationship between psychology and Christian faith and be committed to
examining the place of faith and spirituality in processes of emotional healing.

Associate/Full Professor (Marriage & Family Department)
The Graduate School of Psychology at Fuller
Theological Seminary, seeks to add a new member to the faculty of its Marriage
and Family Department.
Duties include graduate level teaching, mentoring doctoral students and
conducting an active program of research. Minimum qualifications include a
doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or related
discipline, expertise in family therapy, a proven record of teaching and
research and eligibility for licensure in California. Rank is open.
The Marriage and
Family Department offers the Masters of Science in Marital and Family Therapy
and the Master of Arts in Family Studies. Faculty members of the department also
mentor psychology doctoral students in the Family Psychology Track. Because the
mission of the School of Psychology at Fuller is to prepare graduates to serve
the Christian Church through their work as psychologists and marriage and family
therapists, we seek a candidate who is theologically informed and a committed
Christian. We are particularly interested in receiving applications from women
and ethnic minority candidates.
