Insurance Deadlines (Fall 2007 through Summer 2008)
Students are encouraged
to submit all necessary paperwork for BLUE CROSS and/or dental insurance to
the Student Health Insurance Office and/or complete the
DELOS online application process or the
online waiver process by the
Preferred Deadline for the applicable quarter below. All forms and/or
online processes must be submitted and/or completed by the Final Deadline
for the applicable quarter.
