Title IX How to Report
- Reporting to/ Notifying the Title IX Coordinator: Reports of Sex Discrimination may be made to the Title IX Coordinator. The Title IX Coordinator may be notified at any time by email, phone, online form or mail. Notifications may be made in person during business hours. The Title IX Coordinator will promptly respond by offering supportive measures regardless of whether a complaint is initiated.

- Reporting to all Employees Who are Not Designated as Confidential Employees: If any employee (Responsible Employee) who is not designated as a confidential employee has information about conduct that may reasonably constitute sex discrimination, the employee must notify the Title IX Coordinator if a manager, faculty, or advisor; all other employees are encouraged to notify the Title IX Coordinator but instead or in addition may provide the reporting party with the Title IX coordinator contact information.
- Reporting to Confidential Employees: Students, faculty, and staff may wish to seek confidential assistance in dealing with Sex Discrimination, or related issues no matter where the issues arose (e.g., on-campus, off-campus, or online). The seminary has identified the following employees who are currently located on the Pasadena Campus, but who are able to coordinate service with any seminary student or employee, no matter their location. This is also applicable when the campus is closed or has limited on-campus resources. The resources below will maintain confidentiality under the professional license or professional ethics necessary for performing their employed role at the seminary:
- FPFS Clinicians, operating in that capacity, under their professional license or that of their supervisor. Fuller Psychological and Family Services is available to assist members of the seminary community who become clients. Fuller students and employees may contact Fuller Psychological and Family Services (FPFS) to arrange a session with an FPFS therapist. - Reporting to Law Enforcement: Reports may be filed with local law enforcement agencies. The Title IX Coordinator can assist with contacting law enforcement agencies. Law enforcement investigations are separate and distinct from Fuller investigations.
