Religious Exemption:
Nothing in this policy waives Fuller’s religious freedom rights under the United States Constitution and other applicable laws. Fuller’s policies shall be interpreted within the context of the seminary’s religious tenets and shall not be interpreted in a way to prevent the seminary from applying its religious tenets. To the extent that application of a Title IX provision is inconsistent with the seminary’s religious tenets, Fuller is entitled to a religious exemption.
