Title IX Policy

Fuller's Policy Against Sexual Misconduct applies to all forms of sexual misconduct. Therefore, this policy is not limited to Title IX and incorporates all other forms of sexual misconduct that are prohibited by Fuller Theological Seminary. Prohibited sexual misconduct includes discriminatory treatment on the basis of sex, sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, intimate partner violence (dating & domestic violence), and stalking, as well as sexual misconduct involving minors.
