Students
Oladipo Adedeji, M.S.
Oladipo is a second-year PhD student in Clinical Psychology concentrating in neuropsychology. His current research interests include the interaction between receptive-expressive language and spiritual/religious coping in Black and African American adolescent sex workers. Outside of work and school, he enjoys performing music, outdoor sports, beach days, international media and cuisine, and game nights with friends.
Analisa Bublitz (M.A.)
Analisa (Lisa) is a third year PhD student in Clinical Psychology. She is interested in trauma and areas of resilience in those who have experienced some of the hardest of circumstances. Her masters project explored Verbal Comprehension and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder among adolescent girls who have experienced sex-trafficking. She enjoys spending time outside, doing yoga, and cooking.
Juan Antonio Colon Jr. (M.A.)
Juan is a second-year PsyD student in Clinical Psychology concentrating in neuropsychology. He is from Hemet, California and has a background in working with children that are in the ASD spectrum or other learning disorders. He is interested in completing a case study on sluggish cognitive tempo in kids with ADHD. He enjoys spending time with family, building Lego sets, painting, drawing, gaming, movie nights, and Disney trips with his wife.
Nicole Delano (B.S.)
Nicole is a second-year PhD student in Clinical Psychology in the neuropsychology track. She is passionate about researching sleep, cognition, ADHD, and sluggish cognitive tempo. Her Masters’ project will examine emotionality in individuals with SCT. She currently works as a Research Associate, developing psychometric assessments targeting resilience and relational dynamics. She enjoys reading, running, bouldering, photography, crocheting, and friendships!
Justine Duyst (M.A.)
Justine is a fifth-year PsyD student from Tulare, California. She is currently studying what projective assessment can tell us about resiliency factors in adolescents who have been involved in prostitution. In her free time, Justine enjoys jumping rope, watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer with her roommate, and visiting the Arboretum peacocks in Arcadia.
Isabella Grivois, M.A.
Isabella is a fourth-year PsyD student in Clinical Psychology concentrating in neuropsychology. Some of her experiences include working with children in care settings, with adolescents in therapy settings, and with older adults in a neurological outpatient health center. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature, hanging out with friends, and taking her cat, Loki, on walks. Additionally, she finds painting and at home projects to be a creative outlet.
Katherine Jo
Katherine is a sixth-year PsyD in Clinical Psychology. She is currently studying the impact of K-Pop fanship and fandom participation on identity formation, coping skills, and resilience for women. She is passionate about fostering a culturally sensitive space for clients. Currently, she works as a psychological associate with a focus on ADHD, ASD, and learning disabilities/differences. In her free time, Katherine enjoys reading, having game nights with friends, and wandering through art galleries.
Serly Khosravian (B.A.)
Serly is a first-year PsyD student in Clinical Psychology concentrating in Neuropsychology. She is from Burbank, California, and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science from the University of California, Irvine in 2020. She has various research experiences working with children, adolescents, and adults. Her creative outlets include reading, swimming, and movie nights with family and friends.
Josh Mastan
Josh is a third-year PhD student in Clinical Psychology concentrating in neuropsychology. He is interested in ADHD, sluggish cognitive tempo (SCT), learning disorders, interpersonal neurobiology, neuropsychological components of effective psychotherapy, and existential psychotherapy. His Masters’ project focuses on working memory impairments in populations with elevated levels of SCT. He enjoys swimming, playing basketball, meaningful conversations, and time with friends and family.
Shonda McPherson
Shonda is a first year PhD student. She is interested in neuroplastic changes that occur within the client during the implementation of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) in the psychotherapeutic space. EMDR is an evidence-based psychotherapy that is typically used with trauma survivors, trauma defined according to the client’s self-reported experience and the associated impact as opposed to a clinical &/or academic definition. Trauma may be viewed as “big T’s” or “little t’s” based on research by EMDR founder Francine Shapiro, PhD.

Trevor Melton
Trevor is a first year PhD student in the neuropsychology track. His research interests include virtual reality, as well as the neuropsychological impact of traumatic brain injuries and strokes. Outside of school, he enjoys working out, hiking, reading, going to the beach, and spending time with his wife.
Ashni Persad (M.A.)
Ashni is a third-year PhD student in the Clinical Psychology program in the neuropsychology track. She loves working with children and is especially excited to work with ASD and ADHD populations. Her Masters’ project focuses on executive functioning in children with sluggish cognitive tempo. In her free time, she enjoys reading and writing fantasy novels, drumming, watching kdramas, drawing, and gaming.
Jasmine Robles, M.A.
Jasmine is a second-year PsyD student in Clinical Psychology concentrating in neuropsychology. A few of her experiences include working with children in a church setting, working with adolescents in a dual diagnosis residential treatment center, and with adults in a community health center. Her creative outlets include taking ballroom dance classes and she just started her small photography business. She also spends time with her family, friends, three dogs, and two Sulcata tortoises.
Irene Sipan (M.A.)
Irene is a fourth-year PhD student in Clinical Psychology in the neuropsychology track. She is interested in researching how early trauma could influence executive functioning. Her Masters' project focused on visuospatial skills of adolescents involved in prostitution. Her dissertation will focus on executive functioning skills of adolescents involved in prostitution. Her hobbies include reading and baking.
Alexandra Zachary, M.A., BCBA
Alexandra Zachary is a first-year PsyD student in Clinical Psychology. She has been working with children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related behavior and developmental disorders since 2012. She has worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analysis since 2019 with autistic children and young adults ages 2 through 22. Alexandra is passionate towards creating individualized programs tailored to each child, all while incorporating the family throughout the process. When not at work, she enjoys horseback riding, hiking, cooking, and traveling with family and friends.
