Bio

Darren Sumner is an Affiliate Associate Professor of Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary where he teaches courses in historical and systematic theology. He lives in the Seattle area with his wife and three children, teaching with Fuller Online and throughout western Washington. He is a member of the Presbyterian Church (USA).

Publications

Dr. Sumner is the author of Karl Barth and the Incarnation (T&T Clark, 2014), and has published essays in the Scottish Journal of Theology, the International Journal of Systematic Theology, Neue Zeitschrift für Systematische Theologie und Religionsphilosophie, and elsewhere. He is currently working on a book on Reformed and Lutheran Christologies in the Reformation period.
