Bio
Jonghun Joo is a missionary to Ukraine and affiliate faculty at Fuller. He completed his PhD in worship and culture at Fuller in 2011, and taught African Christian leaders at Africa International University from 2012 to 2016. He is an ordained minister (Presbyterian Church) and commissioned missionary. Dr. Joo is married to Sangye with two growing children, Gloria and Robert. His main areas of research are theology of worship, worship and culture, early church history of Christian worship, and the formative function of Christian worship.

He has also published many academic journal writings on worship. He is now working on the formative function of Christian worship and biblical teaching of Christian worship as his two writing projects.
