Kristin Huffman has lived a number of places in her life, mostly in Texas and Oklahoma. She began her career as a teacher with special needs children but soon felt God’s call to ministry in a church setting. Dr. Huffman left Texas and attended Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, graduating with her MDiv in 1983. She has served four PCUSA churches in California, Louisiana, and Texas. After completing her DMin (also at Fuller), Huffman started helping teach the first DMin course, Exploring the Contours of Ministry, and has continued that since 2011. She also teaches a class or two a year at Fuller Texas in Houston, either face-to-face or hybrid. She loves both teaching and pastoring and hopes to continue to serve Christ in both ways.
