Bio
Mathew E. Sousa teaches courses in New Testament literature and interpretation. His research interests include the Gospel of John, New Testament theology, and theological interpretation of Scripture. Dr. Sousa’s book, Sin, the Human Predicament, and Salvation in the Gospel of John (LNTS 647 [Bloomsbury T&T Clark, 2021]), offers a reassessment of the Gospel of John’s soteriology. Dr. Sousa also teaches Bible and Theology at Linfield Christian High School in Temecula, CA.
