Dr. Peter Perry is Pastor at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Glendale, AZ, and Affiliate Assistant Professor of New Testament at Fuller Theological Seminary in Phoenix, AZ. He is administrator for www.BiblicalPerformanceCriticism.org and a member of the steering committees of Performance Criticism of the Bible and Other Ancient Texts and the Biblical Performance Criticism Networking Group for Annual SBL Meetings.

Publications

Brief listing of publications: The Rhetoric of Digressions: Revelation 7:1-17 and 10:1-11:13 and Ancient Communication (2009), Brushing Up English to Learn Greek (2014), and Insights from Performance Criticism (2016). He has also published articles on the Book of Revelation, Jude, 2 Peter, Hebrews, and Matthew, as well as on Relevance Theory.
