You may schedule an appointment to meet with an admissions counselor virtually or via phone during normal business hours (see below) on weekdays (Monday through Friday), with the exceptions of Fuller holidays:
Normal Business Hours (by timezone):
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time: fully online programs; Pasadena campus-based programs
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time: Phoenix campus-based programs
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time: Houston campus-based programs
