Details
In this event, co-presented by the Pannell Center for Black Church Studies and the Center for Asian American Theology and Ministry (AAC), Academic Deans Dr. Dwight Radcliff and Dr. Daniel Lee will converse on the history of solidarity between Black and AAPI communities. Reflecting on the Hawaiian leis worn at the Selma to Montgomery March as a conversation starter, the discussion will engage attendees to reflect on how this shared history continues to shape Black-AAPI alliances today. We ask that participants wear red, black, and green for Black solidarity.
This gathering will take place at Payton Hall 101 at Fuller Theological Seminary and online via Zoom. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to learn, engage, and be inspired by the stories that highlight the power of unity. Register now to join this enriching conversation!
