Whether you are an undergraduate or graduate student who is married with or without children, or a single graduate student, chances are you’re looking for housing that offers independence, as well as access to a community of fellow Fuller students. Fuller Seminary Housing provides a solution for you through student housing that is provided all year long, and is not dormitory living. Please note that we operate through a 6 month lease, and are a separate auxiliary entity with an accounting system unique to Fuller Housing. Any financial transactions, contracts, or financial aid payments received by Student Financial Services do not fulfill financial obligations to Fuller Housing. Please refer to the General Information page for more details regarding Fuller Housing and the renting process.


    1. We highly encourage all prospective students to apply to Fuller Housing as soon as possible! You must submit an application with Admissions to get your G# needed to complete a housing application. The earlier you start the housing process, the better your prospects are of receiving an offer.
    2. Fuller Housing offer two types of living situations for students and their families; traditional apartment complexes and intentional communities. Learn more about each living situation here!
    3. If you do not hear from us within 4-6 weeks before the earliest pay by date that you indicated on your application, please contact us!
    4. Please carefully read our General Information Section and Current Resident Section to have a clear understanding of our procedures and policies.
    5. New students are not eligible to stay in housing until 1 month prior to first class start date.


**Please note that MAGL, DMin, and Certificate students are not eligible for student housing due to no residency requirements and distance learning emphasis outlined in the course catalogue. International Students in the Korean Doctor of Ministry are still eligible for housing due to visa regulations. Please reach out to our office for any questions about whether your program is eligibility for student housing.

For all new residents who sign a lease for a 2 bedroom apartment in Chang Commons will receive a free month of rent! To be eligible for this offer each applicant must be a current Fuller student and sign a lease for their unit by 08/21/2021. For more information please This New Move-In Special is being offered on a first come first serve basis and will expire on 08/21/2021 or until there is no more inventory.

풀러 행정부의 지침에 따라 기숙사 및 주거 서비스(Housing and Residential Services) 팀은 2021년 여름학기와 가을학기에 기숙사가 제공된다는 사실을 모든 재학생과 신입생들에게 알려 드립니다. 파사데나로 이사를 할 계획이라면 입주 예정일로부터 약 5~6개월 전에 기숙사 사무실 웹사이트에서 신청하시기 바랍니다. 우리는 여름학기에 파사데나 캠퍼스 내 대면 수업의 기회가 일부 개방되고 가을학기에 완전히 캠퍼스로 복귀하게 되기를 바라고 있습니다. 백신 접종률이 증가하고 새로운 코로나-19 감염의 감소로 인해 캠퍼스로 복귀하고자 하는 풀러의 계획이 점점 실현 가능해 지고 있습니다. 이러한 계획은 백신 접종률의 지속적인 증가, 새로운 코로나-19 감염률의 지속적인 감소, 주 및 지방 당국의 지속적인 제한 완화를 전제로합니다. 캠퍼스 재개방을 기대하며 곧 여러분을 뵙기를 기대합니다!
