ABOUT OUR PROPERTIES
Fuller Housing offers living situations for students and their families.
TRADITIONAL APARTMENT UNITS The majority of our units are traditional apartment style complexes that are located within two blocks of the Fuller campus in the heart of downtown Pasadena. Please go to the bottom of this page and click on the property that you are interested in learning more about. Please take note of the Inclusionary Housing Agreement with the city of Pasadena. Per the Agreement that Fuller entered with the City of Pasadena in 2006, Fuller agrees to provide 142 units of moderate-income housing and 27 units of inclusionary units (18 units of low-income; 9 units of moderate-income) in Chang Commons in a specified mix of studio, 1-BR, and 2-BR units. All students wishing to live in Chang Commons will be required to fill out the Inclusionary Housing Addendum if a lease is offered. For more information about whether or not you are eligible for moderate-income housing in Chang Commons or low-income housing in Chang Commons, please the Inclusionary Housing Agreement listed below or set up an appointment with Housing and Residential Services by emailing housing@fuller.edu.
