LENNY MOON, MBA
Chief Financial Officer
Lenny Moon was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Fuller Seminary in May 2016. Prior to joining Fuller, he was CFO of Payoff, Inc., a high-growth financial technology company. In that role, he helped oversee the growth of Payoff and facilitated several investment rounds of the company's capital raising efforts. He led the build-out of the company's finance, accounting, banking/treasury, insurance, human resources, legal, and operational infrastructure, from a company of 10 to over 130 employees in two and a half years.
Previously, Lenny worked for several years as a mergers and acquisitions investment banker in both New York and Los Angeles at Bear, Stearns & Co. and Lazard Freres & Co. As an investment banker, he advised primarily large, publicly traded corporations and private equity firms on various strategic and financial matters. Over the course of his investment banking career, he led the execution of numerous mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt transactions across a variety of sectors. Lenny also has several years of prior start-up and venture capital experience, including having been part of the core founding team that launched a Softbank-funded technology firm in Korea.
Lenny received his MBA from Columbia Business School and BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
