Fuller Seminary Unveils Refreshed Brand for a New Era
This week, Fuller Seminary began rolling out its new and refreshed brand identity. Boasting a new logo and color palette, a refreshed website, and other updated design elements, Fuller continues to mark its transition into a new digital-forward era.
The rebrand is a key milestone in a comprehensive process that began in 2022. The institution has worked to understand how its unique identity and values connect with potential students and donors, as well as alumni and other stakeholders. Fuller partnered with SIGNAL Brand Innovation and involved representatives from the School of Mission and Theology and School of Psychology & Marriage and Family Therapy; staff and administrators across various campuses, departments, and centers; students; and alumni. The work also included in-depth quantitative and qualitative research among prospective students across the country.
Fuller shared a new brand promise: “We equip leaders who share Christ’s hope and healing in the church and world,” capturing the seminary’s decades-long commitment to shaping Christian leaders for their various callings worldwide, and highlighting Fuller’s strategic shifts to make its world-class education more accessible through its online graduate degrees. Students can learn from anywhere in the world without having to leave their areas of ministry and work and can apply lessons learned from their coursework in real time—as students’ unique contexts now become their required texts. Fuller’s refreshed look marks this exciting new era and seeks to reflect the diversity of the seminary’s student and alumni body around the globe.
“I am thrilled about the progress we are making across the Fuller Seminary ecology,” said Fuller President David Emmanuel Goatley. “A fresh articulation of our brand promise, our digital-forward transformation to make the Fuller formation experience more accessible nationally and globally, and a refreshed look of the visual brand are some of the exciting signs of our commitment to excellence in service to the church and the world.”
