About Inha
I am a Korean reverend in the Presbyterian Church of Korea (PCK), seeking diverse forms of justice witnessed in World Christianity. Studying theology and serving ministry in Seoul, I committed to constructing a theology of disclosing oppressions, healing wounds, and facilitating alternative living grounds for the whole creation. In my two mastery theses, I developed an understanding of divinity based on eco-feminist theological perspectives and supported Korean female ministers’ vocation to Triune God’s mission. Rediscovering current contexts of globalization, migration, and transnationalism, I expand my horizon of theological questions and missions into the intersectionality of injustice in migration, such as political and cultural dynamics between economic disparity, racism, gender inequality, ethnic nationalism, and ecological crisis. In detail, my research focuses on the church’s prophetic witness and practice for international immigrant justice in East Asia, mainly South Korea.
