Current Registrar's Office Services during ongoing COVID-19 Disruptions
The following Registrar Services will be temporarily impacted during remote operations:
- Please contact the Registrar's Office by email. Forms mailed to the office, or submitted physically will be delayed. Completed forms may be emailed as an attachment to email@example.com. We regret that requests to mail, or walk-in form submissions, as well as requests to pick up documents in-person cannot be accommodated at this time.
- Degree Verifications received from outside credentialing agencies will be processed as usual. Responses will be returned at least once per week, no later than Tuesday of each week. All initial diploma orders and requests for replacement diplomas we receive during this time will be queued for processing upon our return.
- Transcript Request processing has been temporarily suspended as of Monday, March 1, 2021. Fuller's new Transcript Request and Fulfillment partnership with Parchment Services will be online and open for new requests no later than Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at fuller.edu/registrar/transcripts.
- Auditing courses will limited to degreed alumni only, and as space permits.
Should you need other routine services from the Registrar, all standard Registrar’s Office forms can be accessed in PDF format at fuller.edu/registrar/forms. Completed forms may be emailed as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org. We regret that requests to mail, fax, or walk-in form submissions, as well as requests to pick up documents in-person cannot be accommodated at this time.
The Registrar's Office, located on the Pasadena campus, is pleased to provide a variety of services. Once the state-wide Stay-At-Home directive is lifted, the Registrar's Office will again be open Monday through Thursday, 8:00am-5:00 pm Pacific time, and 10:00am-5:00pm Friday.
