Bio

Born in Bogota, Colombia. Ph.D. in historical theology from TEDS. Professor with the Biblical Seminary of Colombia, and Asian Theological Seminary in the Philippines. Married to Gayna. Associate Director for the Theological Education Initiative a program of the United World Mission.
