Title IX Policies

Fuller is committed to creating and maintaining a learning and working environment that is free from unlawful discrimination based on sex. Fuller takes all reported sexual misconduct and harassment seriously. 

  • Title IX Sexual Misconduct Policy: Sexual misconduct prohibited under this policy includes sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking as defined by the policy. 
  • Policy on Sexual Misconduct Outside of Title IX: Reported sexual misconduct that does not meet the definitions and jurisdiction of the Title IX Sexual Misconduct Policy will be reviewed under this policy.
