Bio

Keon-Sang An sees “integration” and “practice” as historical and academic missions and is committed to research, teaching, and writing to help the church form into faithful communities of faith that worship God and participate in God’s mission.

Dr. An was a teacher at Yeongrak High School in Seoul, South Korea, and served as a pastor for middle school and college students. He also served as a missions pastor at Shinbanpo Church. Later, as a missionary with Global Mission Society (GMS) and Serving In Mission (SIM), he taught at Kale Hiwot Bible School in Asmara, Eritrea, East Africa, and Evangelical Theological College in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He was associate professor of Bible and mission at Fuller Theological Seminary and is currently assistant professor of mission theology at Chongshin Theological Seminary.
