Khara Fuentes is a licensed marriage and family therapist serving as a practicum group supervisor. She’s a Fuller alumna from the Pasadena campus. Fuentes has experience working with at-risk youth ages 5–22 in a nonprofit setting. After transitioning to Phoenix, Fuentes opened a private practice where she predominately works with adolescent girls who struggle with anxiety and/or depression and couples. With teens Fuentes enjoys providing animal assisted interventions with her tiny, 5lb Co-Therapist Tino. When working with couples, Fuentes utilizes the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems.
