Bio

Mandy Smith is pastor of St Lucia Uniting Church, Brisbane, Australia and the author of “The Vulnerable Pastor: How Human Limitations Empower Our Ministry” and “Unfettered: Imagining a Childlike Faith Beyond the Baggage of Western Culture.” Mandy teaches on Pastoral Theology at Fuller and at Western Seminary’s Eugene Peterson Center for Christian Imagination. Mandy and her husband, a New Testament professor, live in a little house where the teapot is always warm.

Mandy writes regularly for Christianity Today publications and Missio Alliance. Her most recent books are “The Vulnerable Pastor: How Human Limitations Empower Our Ministry” and “Unfettered: Imagining a Childlike Faith Beyond the Baggage of Western Culture.”
