Bio

Sara Wells is Affiliate Assistant Professor of Old Testament and curriculum designer at Fuller Theological Seminary. Her research explores the book of Ezekiel and its constructions of group identity, priestly literature in the Hebrew Bible, as well as pedagogical trends and the use of educational technology in higher education. Dr. Wells has a background in secondary education and works with faculty in higher education on course development and implementing accessible course design.

Publications

Wells has contributed several articles to the Lexham Bible Dictionary (Tophet, Hamonah, Oracle, Tammuz) and is currently preparing for publication: “The Honored Dead in Ezekiel’s Graveyard”; a contribution on pneumatic hermeneutics to The T&T Clark Handbook to the Spirit in the Interpretation of Scripture; her doctoral research on rhetorical constructions of group identity at work in the book of Ezekiel.
